01 / CONNECTED SYSTEMS

Shopify connected to your systems

Stop copying orders, stock and product data between systems by hand.

What this looked like for Womy Sleeper: rentals through Firmhouse, shipping and returns through MyParcel, and lead capture into Klaviyo. For The Soft: consent, analytics, a server-side Klaviyo sync, TWINT and Swiss Post at launch.

Browse all 82 integrations, each checked against the vendor’s documentation.

What the work covers

Connecting Shopify to your other systems means each piece of data (products, stock, orders, customers) has one owner and moves automatically to where it's needed, with a way to notice and fix updates that fail.

How we deliver it

  1. 01

    Follow one real record

We trace one order, product or stock change through every system involved. That shows the double entry, the delays and the fields nobody owns.

  2. 02

    Choose the connection

An existing connector where it fits, custom code where it doesn't. We check the connector's limits against your real data before choosing.

  3. 03

    Build for failure

Repeated events, partial failures, refunds and deletions are tested alongside normal updates, with alerts when something doesn't arrive.

  4. 04

    Hand over operations

Someone on your side knows how to spot and fix a failed sync. We write down how, and agree who watches it.

Common questions

Does everything have to update in real time?

No. We agree how fast each flow needs to be. Some use events, some run on a schedule; API limits and the other system decide what's practical.

Can one Shopify store run everything?

Sometimes. But accounting, warehouses or product data often belong in their own systems. The goal is clear ownership, not one system.

Which systems have you connected?

Rental and subscription platforms, shipping, email and analytics among others; each integration page says whether we've delivered it. For anything new, we check access and limits before quoting.

In 20 minutes we look at your store with you and say what we would check first, and whether we are the right team for it.
