01What we found

A cashmere brand preparing to launch.

The Soft needed a Shopify store for its premium cashmere collection. The product pages had to explain materials, sourcing, care and pricing alongside the photography.

The launch scope included the catalogue and brand pages, plus payments, shipping, consent, analytics and search setup.

02What we built

Product information built into the page.

We built on the Prestige theme. Product pages included size and care information, delivery and return summaries, a provenance timeline, a pricing breakdown and links to product-specific digital product passports. Judge.me supplied review functionality.

Shopify metafields held the product details, feature content, provenance, pricing breakdowns and preorder or shipping dates. This let the same page structure display different information for each product.

03Launch

Store setup and October 2025 launch.

Digital product passports had their own fields, product routes and documentary layout. Supporting pages covered the brand story, makers, supply chain, pricing, care and repair.

The setup included Shopify Customer Privacy, GA4, server-side Klaviyo sync, TWINT, Swiss Post, Search Console and Merchant Center. Market-specific tax and shipping presentation was configured for the launch requirements.

The store went live in October 2025. This case documents the build and launch scope; it does not claim a measured sales or conversion increase.
