The people who find the problem fix it.
Ecom Majesty is a boutique Shopify agency. The people who research your store are the people who design and build the changes, so nothing is lost in a hand-off and fixes don't wait in another team's backlog.
Your project team.
Dmytro leads engineering and client delivery; Val leads UX, design and conversion research. Niko leads the technical side of our builds and Illia handles backend and integrations. You talk to the people doing the work, and specialist collaborators join when a project needs them, with roles agreed up front.

- IlliaBackend & Integrations Lead
Illia works on backend and integrations: custom app code, connections to the systems a store runs on, and the logic behind the storefront.
Diagnosis before code.
We look at the request, the buying experience and the code together, then decide what needs research and what is ready to build.
We agree the problem, the price and how we'll know the change worked.
What to expect.
- Scope
A fixed price on defined work
Deliverables, access and exclusions are agreed before we start. Anything new mid-project is costed, swapped for something of similar size or parked, and you choose.
- Delivery
You review before it goes live
Every change is built in a preview theme and tested on real devices. Nothing reaches customers until you have seen it.
- Measurement
Results reported separately
Shipping a change is not the same as it working. We compare against a baseline, or run an A/B test where orders allow, and say what else changed in the same period.
Our Shopify experience.
Tell us what isn't working.
In 20 minutes we look at your store with you and say what we would check first, and whether we are the right team for it.
