Shopify storefront improvements
Help customers find the right product, understand it and buy it.
What this looked like for CACTi PCs: a product-page rebuild with clearer specifications, upgrades and a sticky add-to-cart, measured against the months before. And for Creative Lab Amsterdam: repairs, then a migration with custom sizing, pricing and sample ordering.
The usual first step is the conversion diagnostic.
What the work covers
Storefront improvement is conversion work on the pages customers use to choose and buy: navigation, search, collections, product pages, options and cart. It starts with where people drop out and why, not with a redesign.
How we deliver it
- 01
Find where people drop out
Analytics shows which step loses the most buyers; recordings and a short survey show why. Usually it's two or three specific problems, not the whole store.
- 02
Rank the fixes
Each fix gets evidence, an effort estimate and a way to measure it. The ranked list decides the order of work.
- 03
Design and build
We design the fixes for mobile first, build them in a preview theme and test them with your real products, options and apps.
- 04
Measure
A/B test where there are enough orders; otherwise a dated before-and-after that lists what else changed in the same period.
Common questions
Do we need a new theme?
Usually not. Most conversion problems can be fixed in the current theme. A rebuild needs a reason beyond how it looks.
Can you start with one product page?
Yes. A single product page, with its information, options, upgrades and the route to the cart, is a good first project.
Will conversion definitely go up?
Nobody can promise that. We commit to finding the problems and fixing them, and we report what changed and what else happened at the same time.
Tell us what isn't working.
In 20 minutes we look at your store with you and say what we would check first, and whether we are the right team for it.
