01What we found

A shared theme with brand-specific changes.

A multi-brand commerce group used a common Shopify theme foundation. The work needed to account for shared features and separate brand requirements.

02What we built

Theme features and connected content.

The reference theme was extended with age-gating and consent behaviour, a headless CMS connection, GA4 dataLayer work and third-party app integrations. The programme also included a legacy-platform-to-Shopify replatform for one brand.

The engineering role included working within automated checks, code review and the programme’s release process.

03What came next

The scope of the engineering role.

This case describes implementation work within a larger programme. It does not claim ownership of the whole programme or establish launch, compliance, accessibility or commercial outcomes.
