Support across regional stores and B2B.
Sittingsuits operated regional consumer stores and a separate B2B storefront, with different markets, languages and currencies. The work covered theme changes, localisation, email tools, tracking and the B2B buying flow.
A review process for each store.
The regional themes were connected to separate GitHub repositories to give code changes a history and rollback path. App changes were reviewed and tested in copy themes before release.
Back-in-stock, translations and wholesale ordering.
We built a custom Klaviyo back-in-stock connection when the standard presentation did not fit the Flex theme, and configured a branded sending domain. The custom work allowed an earlier restock app to be removed.
After a theme update affected Langify translations, we worked through the affected languages. Further work covered market and currency selectors, shipping wording and payment information.
The B2B storefront began as a presentation and contact site. Later work covered prices, cart, checkout, VAT wording, signup and bundle behaviour. BSS supplied the B2B app functionality; our role included merging, debugging and reviewing its theme changes.
Tracking and ongoing changes.
Meta pixel and ad-account separation was staged across the regional and B2B properties. The engagement also included customer-routing questions and a Gorgias help-centre embed.
This account describes the work recorded during the engagement. There is no reconciled analytics or finance dataset supporting a commercial result claim.
