CRO AUDIT

Shopify conversion diagnostic

About two weeks, at a fixed price agreed before we start. We find what stops customers buying on your Shopify store and rank the fixes by impact and effort. You keep the plan whatever you decide next.

What you get

A ranked list of fixes. Each one names the problem, the evidence for it, the effort to fix it and how we'd know it worked. We score each fix with a simple yes-or-no model, so the order comes from evidence rather than taste.

What it includes

  • Buying-path walkthrough on mobile and desktop, from the first page to checkout.
  • Analytics and tracking check, so every number we use is right.
  • Session recordings of the steps where people drop out.
  • Customer survey: one question about what nearly stopped them.
  • Technical check of speed, apps and theme code.
  • Ranked fix list, presented on a call. Yours to keep.
“Nikita did a fantastic job providing a great Shopify CRO audit. He pinpointed exactly where we were losing customers and provided clear steps to turn things around. His recommendations were practical, and we've already noticed an improvement in our sales. Nikita is super easy to work with, approachable, and very professional. Recommend!”

In short

A Shopify conversion audit, which we call a diagnostic, combines your analytics, session recordings, customers' own answers and a technical check of the store to find where and why visitors don't buy. The result is a ranked list of fixes with the evidence behind each, not a report of opinions.

Who this is for

  • Stores with steady traffic whose conversion rate has stalled or dropped
  • Teams about to redesign who want to know what to keep and what to fix
  • Brands planning a sale season who want the store ready first
  • Anyone with a list of ideas and no way to tell which matter

How it works

  1. 01

    Access and baseline

You give us access to Shopify and analytics. We check tracking first, so every number after it can be trusted, and record the baseline.

  2. 02

    Walkthrough and data

We go through the buying path on mobile and desktop, find where visitors drop out, and watch recordings of those steps.

  3. 03

    Customers and code

A short survey asks what nearly stopped people buying. In parallel, we check speed, apps and theme code for anything that silently breaks the purchase.

  4. 04

    Ranked plan, on a call

Every finding becomes a fix, scored and ranked, with its effort and how we would measure it. We walk you through it and answer questions.

Work we have done

Questions

How much does the diagnostic cost?

A fixed price, agreed before we start. It depends on the size of the store and how many flows we look at, so we quote after the free 20-minute call.

How is this different from the free call?

On the call we look at the store with you and say what we would check first. The diagnostic checks it, using your analytics, recordings and customers.

Do you build the fixes too?

Yes, if you want us to. The same team designs and develops them. You can also take the plan to your own developers; it is yours.

Do we need a lot of traffic?

Not for the diagnostic. Traffic decides how fixes are measured later: with enough orders we A/B test; with fewer, we compare against a dated baseline and state its limits.

What do you need from us?

Collaborator access to Shopify, access to your analytics, permission to add recordings and a one-question survey if you don’t have them, and a short call about your customers and goals.

What if the store is already in good shape?

Then the list is short, you know where not to spend money, and your tracking has been checked.

Tell us what isn't working.

In 20 minutes we look at your store with you and say what we would check first, and whether we are the right team for it.
