Ecom Majesty is committed to making ecommajesty.com accessible to all users. This page explains our target and how to report a problem.

Our target standard

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, rather than a claim that an independent audit has certified the whole website.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main,footer) on every page.
  • A skip-to-main-content link on every page for keyboard and switch-access users.
  • Logical heading hierarchy — a single h1 per page, followed byh2 and h3 in order.
  • Visible keyboard-focus indicators in the site components.
  • All form fields have programmatic <label> elements and descriptive hint text, with aria-live regions for inline error and success states.
  • Reduced-motion alternatives for the site's animations.
  • Main page content and navigation rendered as HTML.
  • Images and icons include meaningful alt text; decorative elements are marked alt="" or aria-hidden="true".

Known limitations

We regularly test and improve the site. The interactive Cal.com booking embed (third-party) may have accessibility characteristics outside our direct control; we include a direct booking link as a fallback. If you experience a barrier not listed here, please tell us so we can address it promptly.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, email us at hello@ecommajesty.com with a description of the issue and the page URL. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Main content is available as HTML. Interactive features such as filtering, booking and form verification use JavaScript. You can email us if an interactive feature prevents you from contacting us.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.

If we don't resolve it

We treat accessibility barriers as defects and aim to fix them quickly. If you are not satisfied with our response, email us again at hello@ecommajesty.com and we will escalate it internally. Depending on where you are based, your national accessibility or equality body may also be able to advise you — for example the Equality Advisory and Support Service in the UK, or the relevant authority under EN 301 549 in the EU.
