Which MyParcel app do we need?

If you have a Dutch MyParcel account, usually MyParcel NL. MyParcel.com is a separate app from a different MyParcel company. Check your account first.

Can labels be created automatically?

Yes. The MyParcel NL app can create a label for every order; most stores still keep a manual check for exceptions.
