01What we found

Several markets and a shared catalogue.

An industrial-tools group was changing its commerce setup across markets and languages. The wider programme included consumer and wholesale channels, product information management and connections to operational systems.

02The plan

The engineering scope.

Our role included theme and feature development, localisation work, product-data quality, proofs of concept and technical design documentation. These tasks were part of the wider delivery programme.

03What we built

Reviews, demos and team handoffs.

Implementation included code reviews, stakeholder demos and coordination with other teams. Storefront changes needed to account for the product content and translations supplied by the wider system.

04Scope and evidence

The limits of this account.

This case describes the scope of the engineering role. It does not establish ownership of the full replatform, its final architecture, launch outcome or business impact.
